Discover Medieval Stockholm

Date: June

Time:

Location: Gamla stan (Old Town)

Price: 60–120 SEK

Join a guided walk in English for anyone interested in the Middle Ages. This easy tour will help you see the old city in a new light!

Medieval architecture and craftsmanship are still visible in parts of the city. We walk the same streets and alleys as people did centuries ago.

Experience the atmosphere of the medieval parish church and hear the gruesome history of Stortorget. In the Blackfriars’ hostel, time has left its mark beneath brick-built cross vaults, where travelers and pilgrims once rested their weary feet.
